Al Qiswah Haj & Umrah Services was conceptualised and founded by Mohammad Javed Khan, an erudite Hafiz-e-Quran, a young yet highly respected Islamic scholar, and a visionary leader dedicated to serving the Ummah with sincerity and purpose.
He belongs to the Hanfia Ziyaul Quran school of thought and holds multiple academic and theological qualifications, including Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Munshi, Maulvi, Alim, Kamil, and Fazil, awarded by the Madarsa Board – Darul Uloom, Warasiya. His strong foundation in Islamic education, combined with a modern outlook, enables him to bridge faith with contemporary needs.
With a deep commitment to community upliftment and humanitarian values, Mohammad Javed Khan has consistently focused on nurturing moral discipline, ethical leadership, and spiritual awareness—especially among the youth. His leadership philosophy is rooted in humility, service, and responsibility toward society.
In furtherance of his vision, he initiated Al- Huda Quran Academy, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, an institution dedicated to training young minds in Quranic education and the practical application of Islamic values in everyday life. The academy reflects his belief that true education must shape both character and conduct.

Rizwana Khan serves as the Patron-in-Chief of Al Qiswah Haj & Umrah Services, where she is devoted to facilitating the sacred journeys of the Guests of Allah (Ḍuyūf ar-Raḥmān) with sincerity, integrity, and excellence. She firmly believes that organizing Umrah and Hajj is far more than a service — it is a profound responsibility and an act of worship (Ibadah).

Guided by strong faith and a deep commitment to Islamic values, she provides spiritual direction and ethical guidance to the organization, ensuring that every pilgrim experiences a safe, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling journey. Her vision is to enable pilgrims to perform their Umrah and Hajj with ease, dignity, and peace of heart, InshaAllah.

A deeply respected and pious personality with extensive knowledge of Islamic theology and practices across different regions, she has consistently extended selfless support to the community, especially during times of need. Known for her compassion, wisdom, and accessibility, she remains a trusted figure whom people turn to for guidance and assistance.
